| These are very broad and widely encompassing terms. Many out there define themselves as Druid without doing the investigation to know with what they are associating. Books today are written to sell copy and not necessarily to convey truth or historical accuracy.
The Druids were the teachers, healers, judges and law givers. They worshipped in groves and were a very secretive people. Once per year, they would make a sacrifice to deity. From amongst them, the best and brightest individual would be chosen. This individual would be taken to a sheltered area in the grove and the druids would tear and rend this human sacrifice limb from limb. You cannot ask the best of the gods unless you are willing to offer the best of yourselves.
It is well worth the time and effort to establish the true lineage and practices of that which you claim to be.

| While finding a dictionary definition of Celtic Wicca may prove difficult, there is no shortage of available resource material. A quick glance at our bookshelves gives the following:
Celtic Women's Spirituality by Edain McCoy
Faery Wicca, books 1 & 2 by Kisma K. Stepanich
The Celtic Spirit by CaitlĂn Matthews
There is always available information if you look hard enough. But then, our shelves are probably the best Pagan library in this country.
