Reiki- can someone help?

I was told i may have psychic raiki/energy ability
How can i strengthen this?

I am not that good at energetic healing myself *looks at E*.......yeah.

But, as with all things, the only way that you'll get better is with pratice. Use it. Learn from it.

As far as the Rekki thing goes, the only way that you could of gotten it is from getting an attunment. So, unless that you have gotten it, you are not using Rekki. Reikki get more potent the more that you use it. It also becomes stronger with the higher attunements that you aquire.
